A glance at the Projects shows that VISIONS participants accomplish a variety of service at every program site from construction to environmental and agricultural work to volunteering with children, and more. Construction, however, is the cornerstone of each program. We work with local organizations and project partners to plan and realize projects that benefit the communities.
VISIONS groups have completed a substantial assortment of structures over the years. One testament to the sophistication of the contruction is that in the Caribbean, where we adhere to strict hurricane codes / specifications, all of VISIONS's buildings are still standing and in good condition. Some of these buildings actually serve as hurricane shelters for the communities.
